10. SMS Messaging Program

Program name: Short Bread Apps SMS. By opting in — for example, by submitting the sign-up form on our website and checking the SMS consent box — you agree to receive recurring marketing and promotional text messages from Short Bread Apps (such as product announcements, new app launches, and special offers) at the mobile number you provide. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Davidson County, Tennessee.
